Welcome to GrowthMark. By engaging our agency services or accessing growthmark.pro, you agree to the standard terms and operating conditions outlined below.
1. Scope of Agency Engagement
GrowthMark provides professional digital growth services including 1-Page Express Funnel Development, Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), Meta Ads Strategy, Performance Video Editing, and Server CAPI Automation. Specific milestones, delivery timelines, and technical requirements are defined prior to project commencement.
2. Payment Terms & Deposit Policy
A 50% advance deposit is required to initiate any custom funnel development or growth engineering project. The remaining 50% balance is payable upon project completion, live staging testing, and final client sign-off.
3. Intellectual Property & Asset Ownership
Upon final invoice settlement, all custom source code, landing page designs, graphics, and video ad collaterals produced for the client become 100% client property. GrowthMark maintains strict non-disclosure policies regarding client assets.
4. Post-Handover Warranty & Technical Support
GrowthMark provides 15 to 30 days of complimentary technical support and bug-fixing following final project handover. Client-initiated modifications to server infrastructure, third-party code alterations, or domain expiry fall outside standard warranty coverage.
5. Governing Law & Legal Assistance
